Tina's "bozo husband" Doug Carlson
After being confronted by Tina Carlson for his excessive drinking around Ann & the kids, Tina's bozo husband Doug said "Karl, we're all here for you". This inspired Karl to challenge Doug to a shot contest. Karl proceeded to knock back 5 shots "just to take the lead", then told Doug to take his panties out of his wife's fat keester and step up. Doug replied that a shot contest was immature, to which Karl responded "Your wife's big sloppers aren't". On the way out, Karl whizzed on the Carlson's automobile. He's pretty much the biggest load in town.
